Best places to find Blender tutorials?

There are a lot of websites out there that offer free and commercial Blender tutorials. I understand that it is often worth paying to get the best tutorials so i propose to create a resource for all these sites

I will add any links in answers to the list in this top post and award the reputation to the best contribution :-)

Blender Cookie is a bit of both (free/commercial) and has almost 100 free tutorials on their site, but there is the commercial option to download the source files or view the exclusives. Here are some other solid resources as well.
